Cashmere, one of the world's finest fabric....

The finest and most noble bales of cashmere come from Mongolia and Nothern China, this precious fiber comes from the underfleece of the Hyrcus goats. They have developed an undercoat beneth their longer and rougher outer hair that consists of the softest and finest fibers, which have an average of about 14.5 micron. About 250 grams of this underfleece is obtained from each animal every year and after the coarser outer fibers are removed, becomes no more than 100 grams. That is why the cashmere is so precious.

  1. I love cashmere and wool clothes. I already have many clothes made of these fibers, a jacket, pants and even socks.
